Description of Project: The road works in this contract are within Jarash –Al-Mafraq Carriageway from Station 10+000 to Station 25+000 Scope of Works comprise the construction supervision of the following:
- Construct the Detour including all safety measure and equipment
- Mill the existing asphalt to a depth of 5.0 cm Minimum (total thickness of wearing course)
- Adequately and completely fill the cracks in the binder course(s) with polymer-modified asphalt to the full depth of the cracks.
- Repair all existing load related distresses of alligator cracks and rutting by deep patching.
- Lay Bituminous Wearing Course Regulating Layer where needed on carriageways
- Add a 7.0 cm thick overlay wearing course to the whole area of carriageway.
- Apply road marking and install cat-eyes
