Project Title: New schools and schools extension of Decentralized projects/Amman – Phase 1

Description of Project: The project is located in Amman and includes work on preparing studies, designs and bidding documents for the construction of new schools and/or for additional classrooms and educational technologies for existing schools, summing up approximately 10,000 m2 as follows:
- Shajarat Al-Durr Elementary School for Girls is located in the area of Tla' Al-Ali with an area of approximately 7 donum. The school consists of a ground floor and three upper floors, and includes 16 classrooms, teacher rooms, services and a kindergarten with a total built-up area of 1860 m2.
- Umm Al-Summaq Elementary School for Boys, is located on a plot of land with an area of 6.5 donum within the western Amman area. The school consists of a ground floor and two upper floors and includes 18 classrooms in addition to laboratories, as well as facilities and services with a total built-up area of 2485 square meters.
- Tla' Al-Ali Elementary School for Boys is located on a land in the eastern Tla' Al-Ali basin within the northern Amman area. It consists of a ground floor and three upper floors, in addition to teachers' rooms, workshops, laboratories, facilities and other services, with a total built-up area of 1910 m2
