Project Description: The project aims to establish a BRT bus route between Amman and Zarqa with a length of approximately 16 km. The work (the first package) includes the implementation of the BRT route in the middle of the existing 3.5 km road, starting with the station complex (downtown Amman) and ending with Ain Ghazal Intersection. Widening the existing road to 3 lanes in both directions.   In addition to the supervision work, the project included the following:  

1. Study of modified designs for roads

-Studying and reviewing the modified design plans for the roads -Study of rainwater drainage schemes  

2. Study and review of modified designs of water networks:

-Review and audit existing and new water networks and their implementation areas  

3. Studying, auditing and reviewing the proposed amended designs for the intersections

-Study of road plans, rainwater drainage, tunnel and box culvert -Review route and road layouts  for the proposed channel  

4. Study modified designs of sewage lines
5. Study of existing utilities
6. Study the proposed design alternatives
7. Study and review the modified designs of the station junction bridge
8. The design of the new supporting walls
