Description of Project: The project is located in the free zone in Zarqa, which is located on plot no. (3), Basin (3), which is built east of the lands of Al-Hashmiya village in Zarqa Governorate, with an approximate area of 5,175,119 square meters, which includes a group of buildings, including the main free zone administration building, and the zone administration building. Free Zarqa and the sections or investment units of the Zarqa Free Zone and its services and investment units are serviced plots of land, and their minimum area is one donum. The project work included the following:

• Design of the master plan,
• Package 1- separate road works with a length of 2 km and maintenance of existing roads,
• Package 2- maintenance works for existing roads, implementation of water and rainwater networks, and fire extinguishing points,
• Package 3- general storage package,
• Package 4- the public square and its affiliated regions and services,
• Package 5- the solar cells, the hydrological study package for the proposed canal, the existing channel maintenance package, the water treatment plant, and a package of traffic signs and directional signs.
