Supervise schools project in different governorates across Jordan

Project Title: Supervision services for schools in different governorates in of Jordan


Services: Construction Supervision
Location: Amman, Jerash & Zarqa
Client: Ministry of Public Works & Housing
Description of Project: Construction supervision of the following schools:  
  1. Al-Durayat Mixed Elementary School / Amman, Plot number (2444), Block (14), Al-Durayat, lands of Amman in Wadi Al-Seer village.
  The school building consists of five floors (a basement floor and four floors) with a total area of (6,261.21) square meters. It includes twenty-five classrooms, a kindergarten with two multipurpose halls, a science laboratory, a chemistry and biology laboratory, two computer labs, a resource room, an art room, a library, and a vocational workshop. Additionally, there are administrative spaces, teachers' rooms, a first aid room, a cafeteria, health units, and services such as a control room, an electrical room, supply warehouses, a boiler, diesel units, and storage cabinets.   The building is made of stone and concrete, and the work includes finishing works, electrical and mechanical works, and site work, including paved and tiled external courtyards, sidewalks, walls, a guard room, cabinets, accessible pathways, a playground, gates, and a water tank.  
  1. Zainab Secondary School for Girls / Amman, Plot number 232, Block (2), Zainab, Amman.
  The school building consists of two floors with a total area of (1670.88 sqm). It includes 10 classrooms, a kindergarten room, a science laboratory, administrative spaces, teachers' room, a first aid room, a cafeteria, health units, and services such as a control room, an electrical room, supply warehouses, a boiler, and diesel units. In addition, there are duplicate inserts. The external facades are varied, made of white polished stone, exploded stone, and colored cladding. The work also includes electrical and mechanical works, finishes, external works, a guard room, outdoor play areas, separate parking lots with suitable shades, outdoor gardens, accessible pathways, as well as external walls, entrance gates, exit gates, a water tank, and a collection pit.  
  1. Al-Furwan Al-Asdiyah Al-Mukhtalitah / Jarash Governorate, Plot number 174, Basin (7), Al-Qurwan, Jarash Governorate.
The school building consists of two floors with a total area of 2147.31 square meters. It includes 13 classrooms and kindergarten, a science laboratory, vocational workshop, administrative spaces, teachers' room, first aid room, cafeteria, health units, and services such as control room, electrical room, storage rooms, boiler, diesel, and additional inserts.   The external facades are made of double brick and colored finishing works, in addition to electrical and mechanical works, interior finishes, and external works including asphalt courtyards, ramps for individuals with special needs, a multi-purpose playground, entrance, gates, fences, and water tank, as well as a collection pit.  
  1. Nassar Al-Asasiya Primary School for Boys / Zarqa Governorate.
The principal, Soheir Nabil Barqan, resides in plot number 190, Block (43) in the village of Jariya, Zarqa Governorate.   The school building consists of six floors (ground floor, first floor, and four additional floors) with a total area of 2806.22 square meters. It includes classrooms, a science lab, a computer lab, a resource room, an art room, a library, a vocational workshop, as well as administrative spaces, teachers' rooms, a first aid room, a cafeteria, sanitary facilities, and services such as a control room, an electrical room, storage rooms, a boiler, and diesel units. It also includes duplicate facilities.   The scope of work includes electrical and mechanical works, finishing works, as well as exterior works such as asphalted yards, ramps for individuals with special needs, a multi-purpose playground, an entrance, gates, walls, and a water tank with a collection pit.    
  1. Al Alouk Mixed Basic School / Zarqa Governorate, Plot number 52, Basin (7), Al Masra Lands, Zarqa Governorate, Al Masra District.
The main building consists of three floors, with a total area of 2937 square meters. The project includes electrical and mechanical works, finishing works, as well as exterior works, including asphalt yards, ramps for people with special needs, a multi-purpose playground, an entrance, gates, fences, a water tank, and a collection pit.
