Jordan Research and Training Reactor (JRTR)
The Project The project is located within the Jordan University of Science and Technology (JUST) and intended to serve the needs of nuclear engineers and scientists in Jordan and provide irradiation services in support of the Jordanian industrial, agricultural, and medical infrastructure. A total of 25,400 m3 of normal, heavy, and grout concrete was used to construct the facility. the project’s civil works included the reactor components, tanks, and support buildings.
