| Description of Project*:
Supervision consultancy services for the construction of the Aviation Heritage Museum located within the campus of King Hussein International Airport.
The project site area is 90 dunums, comprised of the following:
1. The main exhibition area "The Museum" (one floor) with a total BUA of 13,650 sqm
2. Administration building (two floors) with a total BUA of 900 sqm
3. Staff building (one floor) with a total BUA of 305 sqm
4. Restaurant (two floors) with a total BUA of 600 sqm
5. Service Building (one floor) with a total BUA of 800 sqm
6. Outdoor terraces with an approximate area of 780 sqm
7. Green areas with total site area of 73,350 sqm, that include Service yard, two guard rooms, parking and green hills
8. Concrete fences
The project includes supervision the construction works of infrastructure and related electrical and mechanical works, and the construction works for the above-mentioned buildings and Landscape. |
