Winning Award of MoPWH 2018 consultancy award – Buildings’ category. Al-Tafilah Hospital is located on a plot of 25,500 m² area, with a total built-up area of 34,890 m². The project works included the following components:

• The hospital building consists of a 29,980 m² total built-up area and a capacity of 100 beds (expandable to 150 beds).
• Staff accommodation with a total built-up area of 3,435 m² including doctor's housing (28 beds for males and females), nurse’s housing (44 beds for males and females), housing technical experts (22 beds), and a nursery.

External works include paved areas, sidewalks, internal roads, sufficient car parking spaces, fences, entrances and exits, four underground water tanks with various capacities, canopies, Helipad, as well as soft and hard landscaping.
