Al-Basheer Dental Specialty Hospital consists of 6 floors and a total area of ​​11,319 m² with a capacity of (32) beds and is subject to future expansion to (50) beds, this section of the hospital was designed on a plot of 10 donum area, located between the emergency department and the outpatient department of Al-Bashir Hospital.   The building includes administration offices, accounting department, teaching department, X-ray department, clinical laboratories , surgical department,  pharmacy, patient department, resident nursing and doctors rooms, outpatient clinics, and other services such as warehouses, laundry units, kitchen, medical record section, sterilization  clinics, ground water tank with a capacity of 200 m^3. The work also included the design of external works of parking, special needs’ aisles, fences, retaining walls, fuel tank and the electricity room.
