Description of Project: The works comprises the supply of materials, installation, construction, completion, operation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of the Fit out works to Carrefour Hypermarket at Souq Bab Al-Madina mall / Zarqa Jordan, which includes civil works, architectural and finishing works, electro-mechanical and plumbing works and testing, operation and commissioning. The project consists of four floors with total area of 7788 m2 as follows: 1- Cellar Floor with an area of 1206 m2 which includes hypermarket store, three sensitive cage areas, two cold rooms, compressor room, maintenance room, electrical room, generator room. 2- Second Basement Floor with an area of 5900m2 which includes Hypermarket sales area, Labs (Fishery, Deli, Butchery & Bakery) food preparation areas, CCO, customer service, after sales, fresh food warehouse, cold rooms and cleaning room. 3- Mezzanine Floor with an area of 382m2 which includes Hypermarket Offices, meeting room, server rooms archive, lockers male & female utilities. 4- Ground Floor with an area of 300m2 which includes Loading & unloading area, receiving office, cold room and garbage room
