As active members of the A/E Business Council in Jordan, Mostaqbal hosted an information session for members of the Council on November 20, 2017 alongside Palma Consulting and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD). The purpose of the meeting was to enhance knowledge on institutional capacity building and development in light of intense competition locally and regionally and the need for establishing competitive advantages and effective institutional operations. Palma Consulting provided members with guidance and information regarding strategic planning and relevant tools, documentation and development of institutional operations, specifying needed programs and services and selecting the appropriate tools for implementation, and establishing effective marketing plans. The EBRD’s presence during the session was to elaborate on the possibility for acquiring funding and technical and financial support to the members through the EBRD on the matter.
