“Environmental Impact Assessment for Construction Projects in Jordan”
The event was organized by the Civil Scientific Committee in the Civil Engineering Division – Jordanian Engineers Association, with the participation of a group of academics, experts and specialists in the field of engineering and the environment.

In reviewing the practical and applied aspects related to environmental impact assessment studies for construction projects, and the importance of integrating environmental considerations in the planning, implementation and operation stages to ensure sustainability and compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements.
The workshop addressed a number of important topics, most notably:
– Preparation of Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA)
– Studies of Environmental impact analysis on air, water, soil and biodiversity Waste
– Management, emissions and noise at work
– Sites Involvement of the local community and stakeholders in the assessment
– Process Review of case studies and practical applications of construction projects
