Ms. Nedjma Koval is a development specialist and the Founder and CEO of INTEGRATED, a leading M&E-specialized firm serving the development sector of the MENA region. Nedjma started her career as a development professional with the World Bank in Washington, DC, then served among various UN and international organizations, in conflict zones, before settling in Jordan. She is a strategic networker able to effectively leverage and match local resources and practices to development aims, bridging public and private sectors, local and Western actors for increased long-term impact and sustainability. Nedjma has also served as a board member of the Abdel Hamid Shoman Foundation, Microfund for Women, Baccalaureate Endowment Fund, Amman Baccalaureate School, and Royal Marine Conservation Society in Jordan. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from George Washington University, a Masters and has completed all but her dissertation for a PhD from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy focusing on the intersection of Development Economics, Natural Resource Management and Conflict Resolution. Nedjma is also a Vital Voices Fellow and a member of the Jordan Strategy Forum.
